Las Vegas attractions

Las Vegas is best known for its casinos and gambling, but there are many other great Las Vegas attractions and a large array of activities for the whole family to enjoy in this decadent and fun loving city. Go to the casinos in Sin City with a limited amount of cash but don’t get too addicted to gambling as there are many more things to see and do in Las Vegas.

See the Mirage Aquarium with its thousands of marine species and be mesmerized by the Bellagio Fountains set to Music. Visit the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx without leaving the city. The Liberace Museum celebrates one of the world’s best loved entertainers and for Star Trek fans there are daily shows. Speed fans will enjoy a fantasy day at the Mario Andretti Racing Track, whilst the most daring can try a sky dive. Circus Circus provides entertainment for all the family.

If you feel like a break from the neon and glitz take a tour to the Grand Canyon or to the Hoover Dam. For some free entertainment the M&M’s World is dedicated to the candy with the same name and the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Natural History is an interesting exhibition of Central American culture. What better to encapsulate a trip to Las Vegas than to take a night tour and see the city illuminated in true glitzy style, and don’t leave without seeing one of the many live shows in town.

Las Vegas Tours

Being the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas beats most cities in its ability to keep the traveler entertained. Group tours are one of their strengths. The Deluxe Hoover Dam Tour will take groups to see the tallest dam and explain the details on how it was created from the initial diagrams to its inauguration. There are also boat tours that combine Hoover Dam tours with Lake Mead .

The Grand Canyon tour takes you Mather Point and Bright Angel trail. One could also go on the West Rim Tour to see the unique view of the Colorado River as it snakes 4000 feet below the cliffs of the West Rim of the Grand Canyon .

The Red Rock canyon and City tour combines the view of rugged outdoors with the exciting trip to the Las Vegas city where a guide shows you all the casinos and resorts on the Strip.

There are night tours when you can see Las Vegas in all its glory. Neon lights stretch from miles, the Bellagio fountains will be dancing to music and the Volcano at Hotel Mirage will be spewing smoke and fire. The Stratosphere tower riders will be screaming like banshees and people up in the Eiffel tower will be enjoying the unforgettable view of the city and beyond.
